The City of Nogales Human Resources Department provides a full range of human resource services with an emphasis on customer service, education and outreach. Service Areas

The services we offer are designed to meet the human resource management needs of the City of Nogales, by our commitment to support the City staff in three key areas:  

Advisory Services

Offers professional advice, support and information in the following areas: policy; recruitment and selection; employment conditions; promotions and salary reviews; performance management; change management; employment contracts; EEO and 'best practice'. 

Employee Relations

Provides industrial relations support to line managers; negotiates employment contracts (collective and individual); conflict resolution through mediation; management of harassment prevention. 

Strategic Human Resource Management

Provides human resource strategic plans and information to the City Manager, the Mayor’s Office and the Council of the City of Nogales.
