Bi-national Emergency Response Plan To Be Signed
Nogales, Arizona Mayor Albert Kramer, and Nogales, Sonora Mayor Lorenzo De La Fuente will host a signing Ceremony for the Bi-national Emergency Response Plan. The partnership between our two cities has flourished with the great working relationship of public safety agencies as well as the private sector. In addition, to demonstrate this partnership the United States Environmental Protection Agency will make a presentation to the Association of Professionals for Safety, Health and Environment (APSA) which will exemplify this relationship.
