A Message from the Director

The City of Nogales Utility Department is customer centered. Our team is committed to service and technical excellence. Although we are out in the streets of Nogales every day, we don’t see everything so I encourage each of you to let us know is something is broken or in need of repair. The information and links on the following pages are meant to assist you in accomplishing your business as quickly and easily as possible. To Report an Emergency

Call (520) 980-5427, the Nogales Utilities Department, to report a water, wastewater or stormwater emergency day or night. During business hours, a Utility Service Representative will take information and call the appropriate section for action on the emergency. After-hours emergency calls are forwarded to a duty person who acts on the emergency.

In the event of a major emergency, there will be a recorded message to provide information and instructions.
